SMS BlueNote Access
SMS mail function. You can manually send and receive SMS messages via your iSeries (AS/400).


Each user will have access to his own Windows PC client for SMS BlueNote.


PC Client for Windows:
The PC client for SMS BlueNote can be installed at unlimited number of PC's (Win95, 98, Nt or 2000). The only requirement is that the PC is connected to the iSeries (AS/400) via TCP/IP. All SMS messages sent from a PC client are routed via the iSeries (AS/400) - and sent from the communications line on the iSeries (AS/400). The Job Log itself is on iSeries (AS/400) and this enables you to have full control and you can follow the message all the way to the recipient.

Message can of course also be sent/received on a green screen 5250 panel.

Further features require that you upgrade to either SMS BlueNote Basic or Complete.
