BlueFax Client 2000
Send a fax direct from your PC - It goes like a breeze.
You can send a fax from Word, WordPro, Excel or any other program on your PC.
You get many advantages with "BlueFax Client 2000":
It is very simple:
1) Write the document and select BlueFax as the printer-
2) Select the receipient and send the fax.
"BlueFax Client 2000" is using the iSeries (AS/400) as fax server - the most stable platform in the world.
You can use BlueSeries' own address book or choose to work with your existing customer database direct from the iSeries (AS/400).
The "BlueFax Client 2000" is connected to your iSeries (AS/400) via TCP/IP. You can thus get access from any PC in your network.
A fax can also be forwarded to an e-mail address.
All faxes are graphically displayed on your PC - this does also apply for print that are faxed from your iSeries (AS/400).
You can add a coverpage by choice.
The security system on iSeries (AS/400) determines who have got access to other peoples faxes.
Incoming faxes can be displayed and read direct on your PC.
All upgrades are automatically installed from the server.
Minimum requirements for the configuration:
BlueFax version 4.1 must be installed on the iSeries (AS/400).
TCP/IP must be installed and active on the iSeries (AS/400).
The PC's must use Windows 95, 98, 2000 or NT.
